Your belongings have to be kept safe. Each of our units are individually alarmed and linked to a Dualcom Intruder Alarm that is monitored 24 hours a day. We also have 24 hour CCTV on all of our entrances and staff always present on site.

Your items have to come out in the same condition that they went into storage. Each unit is individually ventilated to provide constant air flow through the unit and an ambient temperature. Our corridors and units are all carpeted to ensure your items remain dust and dirt free.

Putting items in and out of storage should be hassle free. We have plenty of parking and turning space and all of our entrances are covered by a canopy, ensuring your items remain dry. There are also sack trucks and trolleys at all entrances to lighten the load of moving your items.

Our storage access hours are 7am to 8pm everyday. Our office opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. To access your storage unit outside of office hours you will have an individual access code for the main gate and external door to the building.

As part of our Terms and conditions you cannot store the following,

• Food or perishable items
• Birds, fish, or any other animal
• Combustible or flammable materials or liquids such as gas, paint, petrol, oil or cleaning solvents
• Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition
• Chemicals, radioactive material or biological agents
• Toxic waste, asbestos or other materials of dangerous nature
• Any item that emits fumes, smell or odour
• Any illegal substances, illegal items or items illegally obtained

Yes, we take a deposit when you reserve the unit, this is then held during your use of the unit and refunded on vacation. The deposit is equal to 4 weeks storage fees.

Yes, when taking the unit we require you to bring photographic identification, either a passport or a driving licence that is valid.

Yes, once you know that you will no longer require the storage unit, we require 14 days written notice. The unit should then be left empty and then your deposit can be refunded.

We will provide your initial quote on a weekly rate. Once accepting the quote and taking the unit the first payment will be 4 weekly along with a deposit equal to 4 weeks, this payment can be made by debit/ credit card in the office or over the phone. For following payments a Direct Debit can be set up for either 4 weekly or monthly payments and is cancelled once you vacate the unit.
